**Job Profile**:
**Make outbound and inbounds calls**: Contact potential customers to promote products or services.

**Answer customer inquiries**: Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or complaints.

**Provide product information**: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to interested customers.

**Maintain records and social media**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the database. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

**Follow up with customers**: Follow up with customers to provide new products or services.

**Document feedback**: Document customer feedback for follow-up actions.

**Attend team meetings**: Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

**Responsibility**: Calling, Promotion, Client communication, Lead generation, Digital Marketing(according to needs).

Skills: Good communication skill, Client handling, good computer knowledge, Digital marketing knowledge preferred.

Qualification**:Graduation** (Any field).

Experienced: minimum 1year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
