**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Back Office Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize company documentation, reports, and records.
- Handle data entry, database management, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operational workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.

**R&D Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market and product research as per business needs.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support new product development.
- Assist in compiling and interpreting research findings.
- Maintain and update R&D documentation and reports.
- Support innovation and process improvement initiatives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year** of experience in back-office operations and research with

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
