**Responsibilities**
- 1. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into the company's database, ensuring timely and efficient data management.
- 2. Document Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- 4. Property Verification: Visit property locations for verification purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- 5. Meetings with Directorial Team: Attend meetings with the directorial team to discuss property-related matters, providing updates and insights as required.
- 6. Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company transactions, client interactions, and other business activities.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks
- Experience as a personal assistant or medical receptionist is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills for effective calendar management
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Computer literacy for data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
