**About Project and our Team**
**What you will be doing**:
- Analysis of requirements related to lending product development
- Impact analysis for new changes on the existing functionalities
- Creation of stories, grooming stories to development team, product testing, product walkthrough
- Maintain product quality
**What you bring**:
- Over all 6 to 8 years of strong experience in Banking Products with Bank operations
- Experience in requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks.
- Should have extensive experience in CASA, deposit banking
- QA - Product testing experience.
- Demonstrated exposure in conducting/participating in product demonstrations and assessment studies.
- Excellent communication skills - consistency and ease in discussions with leadership team of banks and in-house development teams.
- Ensure the nature and extent of the business needs and project requirements, are understood by project participants.
- Design & develops high level functional requirements for new development and enhancements of products.
- Validate project deliverables against requirements.
- In-depth knowledge and experience on the entire loan life cycle with expertise on origination, Loan servicing
- Experience on commonly used day count methods like Actual/Actual, 30/360, Actual/365, Actual/360 and others
- Knowledge about the latest trends in lending in the international market
**Added bonus if you have**:
- SQL / DB query skills
- SOAP / XML test skills
- Banking certifications
