**Product Business Analyst**

The Product Business Analyst will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and document the requirements and solutions for product features, which would then be used by design & development teams and QA.

Primary responsibilities will include:

- Evaluating the company products and comparing them against industry trends
- Developing an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs
- Aiding with product and rating reviews
- Developing and overseeing small to medium scale projects
- Analyzing metrics to continually improve company products
- Assisting the company in achieving short
- and long-term goals relating to product growth
- Working with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products
- Documenting and prioritizing product backlogs
- Planning each sprint for release
- Ensuring definition of done is adhered for all product backlogs
- Performing and documenting competitor analysis of features
- Documenting and prioritizing product backlogs/bugs for each release
- Reviewing of help/release documents
- Performing iteration planning, daily stand up, iteration review
- Performing iteration retrospective for each iteration and ensuring same is included in all future iterations
- Sharing of knowledge and learning among peers
- Required skills/qualifications:_
- Graduation in science/engineering, with 4-5 years of IT experience and 1-2 years of Product BA experience
- CRM Domain expertise
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with customer relationship management
- Consensus building
- Learning orientation
- Preferred skills/qualifications:_
- Certifications in Scrum Product Owner, PSPO
