**Document Management**:

- Receive, register, scan, distribute, and archive all incoming and outgoing documents ( reports, letters, MOMs, etc.)
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date document control system (physical and electronic).
- Ensure proper document distribution logs.
- **Quality & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all documents comply with company and client document control procedures.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate with site engineer, Manager and clients for documentation needs.
- Prepare document transmittals, submittals, and maintain logs for the same.
- Notify relevant teams of updated drawings/specifications.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain site registers such as manpower attendance, gate passes, material inward-outward, HR Documents and HOTO documents.
- Assist in compiling daily progress reports, inspection checklists, and closure records.
- **Confidentiality & Filing**:

- Ensure secure filing of sensitive documents.
- Maintain proper backup of digital records and follow retrieval protocols.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com or BA)

**Experience**:

- 2 years of experience in document control, preferably on construction/industrial project sites.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF editors.
- Experience with document control systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail with a methodical approach.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willing to work at remote or industrial locations.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Gujrati.
- Ability to work independently and in coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
