Quality Assurance & Quality Control Officer(Fresher) - Chemical

QA/QC Manager

**Position Summary**:
The QA/QC Officer will ensure that chemical manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards. The role involves monitoring production processes, conducting quality tests, and supporting compliance with regulatory and industry guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Assurance (QA)**:

- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry standards.
- Participate in internal audits and prepare detailed reports of findings.
- Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in production.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).

**Quality Control (QC)**:

- Perform routine sampling, analysis, and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using standard laboratory techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare quality control documentation.
- Identify and report deviations or non-conformities to the QA/QC Manager.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment as per established protocols.
- Assist in developing and validating testing methods.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity in QA/QC activities.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in chemical testing methodologies.
- Participate in training sessions on quality management systems (QMS) and safety protocols.
- Support efforts to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns effectively.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master or Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles.
- Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
