**Salary**: ₹15-18 LPA CTC
**Industry Preferred**: Heavy fabrication

*Implement daily & weekly production schedules based on project priorities
*Oversee fabrication activities including plate cutting, rolling, welding, fitting, assembly & NDT readiness
*Ensure compliance with approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) & QAP (Quality Assurance Plan)
- Monitor material flow, sub-assembly status & ensure adherence to quality norms
*Lead a team of supervisors, welders, fitters, riggers & helpers
*Organize training & skill development programs for shop floor workforce
*Maintain HSE compliance & drive safety culture on the shop floor
*Prepare daily production reports, productivity trackers & material consumption logs
*Liaise with maintenance for equipment upkeep & breakdown resolution
*Ensure shop safety aspects & environment rules regulations

**Skills Required**:
*Proficiency in SAP & other ERP systems
*Coordinate with QA/QC, Design, Procurement & Safety
*Problem-solving & team development skills
*Implement 5S, Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing practices
