**About the Job**

As a Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for Managing the complete life cycle of recruitment.

What you will do:

- Meeting the targets as per the recruitment plan
- Must be involved in the joining process of the employee - onboarding, documentation, and the post joining activities
- Communicating with internal stakeholders on regular basis and conduct employee engagement activities.

What you need to have:

- MBA is a must
- should be Independent and self-starter
- Must be Positive and highly motivated and driven;
- Can do attitude
- Must be tech savvy
