**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Inside Sales Executive** with prior experience in the **EdTech sector** and fluency in **at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam)**, in addition to English. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into successful enrollments through consultative selling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate learning programs and services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion and sales.
- Follow up diligently on inquiries and leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with prospects in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and product improvements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the **EdTech industry**.
- Fluency in English and **at least one South Indian language** (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative selling skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and turn prospects into enrollments.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
