Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and recruitment? We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our IT consultants who are on the bench and identifying potential job opportunities for them across various clients. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, driving success for both our consultants and our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Bench Consultants**: Proactively market our bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, and US citizens) to clients and vendors.
- **Client Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners to ensure successful placements.
- **Job Matching**: Identify and present suitable job opportunities for bench consultants based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, rates, and conditions with clients and vendors to ensure successful placements.
- **Tracking & Reporting**: Maintain records of submissions, interviews, and placements, and provide regular reports on consultant activity and status.
- **Networking**: Build and expand your network within the IT staffing industry to identify new clients and opportunities.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with market trends, client needs, and the latest developments in the staffing and recruitment industry.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum [X] years of experience in bench sales recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with various work authorizations, including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US citizens.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
