**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.- Serve as lead data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our product capabilities, and work closely with the engineering team in the development of data products- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.- Develop and maintain predictive models to optimize business processes and outcomes- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and operations, to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.- Present findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels, including executive leadership, in a clear and concise manner- Ensure data quality and integrity by developing and implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes.- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.- Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.- Experiment with new techniques and technologies to continuously improve our data science capabilities.

**Professional Qualification & Experience**:
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.- Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation and querying in relational databases.- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar is a plus.- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar- Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

**What We’re Looking for**:
**Minimum Qualifications-**- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a business environment.- Strong experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling- Experience working with visualization and ETL tools.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable business insights.- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Relevant experience in multinational company / Healthcare Industry / manufacturing set up in Management Reporting carries weightage.
