
Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at RITZLANE, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their furniture selection, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience. You will work closely with the sales team, providing support in various aspects of the sales process, from product knowledge to order processing.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information, answer customer queries, and offer expert advice on furniture selections.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that all furniture displays are well-presented.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including handling transactions and managing paperwork.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay informed about current furniture trends, industry developments, and product updates.
**Qualifications**:
bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or furniture sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
