**Front Desk + Administrative Assistant**

**Position Overview**

The Front Desk and Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This position combines front desk duties with administrative responsibilities to support the team and maintain an efficient office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Front Desk Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

**Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks as required.

**Office Management**:

- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and providing orientation materials.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional demeanour.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
