We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Laundry Service Receptionist and Delivery Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for the efficient pickup and delivery of laundry orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Reception Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our laundry services.
- Utilize basic computer skills to input and retrieve customer information.

**2. Order Management**:

- Receive and process laundry orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely and quality service.

**3. Delivery Services**:

- Possess a valid driving license to perform pickup and delivery tasks.
- Safely drive to customer locations for order pickup and delivery.
- Maintain a neat and organized delivery schedule.

**4. Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm order details and address any concerns.
- Provide information on services, pricing, and promotions.

**5. Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized records of customer orders and deliveries.
- Update and input relevant information into the computer system.

**Qualifications**:

- High school graduate.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for pickup and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:
