**Job Description: Store Incharge - Laundry Store**

**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laundry store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This includes managing inventory, handling customer orders, supervising staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Store Incharge will also ensure that the store adheres to company policies and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels of laundry supplies, detergents, and other consumables.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reorder items as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Track and manage the inventory of customer garments in process.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all laundry items and equipment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and special requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of laundry orders.
- Handle billing and payment transactions.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the laundry store staff.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure that all operational procedures are followed.
- Provide training and guidance to new employees.
- Ensure proper work schedules and manage labor costs.
- **Quality Control**:

- Oversee the quality of laundry services, ensuring garments are cleaned, pressed, and packaged according to company standards.
- Inspect garments before and after cleaning to ensure that they meet customer expectations.
- Address any quality-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Promote the laundry store’s services and products to increase sales.
- Implement promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer orders, and inventory levels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management.
- Ensure all safety, health, and legal compliance requirements are met.
- **Operational Management**:

- Ensure that laundry machines and equipment are in good working condition, performing regular maintenance checks.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing.
- Monitor cleanliness and safety standards in the store and laundry area.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, laundry operations, or store management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of laundry procedures, equipment, and safety standards is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.

**Working Conditions.**
- Fast-paced retail environment with occasional peak times requiring extended hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
