Team Description
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer (L2 support) Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments Knowledge of MS Office 365 platform is necessary. Installing and configuring user’s computer systems. Supporting printer devices and Android, iOS mobile devices. Responding to IT support requests. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Knowledge in ticketing tools, mainly SNOW service now tool. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Keeping asset management records up to date on an ongoing basis. Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems. Maintaining good user’s relation. Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products Excellent problem-solving and communication skill. Basic network (WAN, LAN and wireless) troubleshooting, and active directory knowledge.
