PRE-REQUISITES - Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy,pharmaceutical sciences, or life sciences (advanced degrees preferred) - Languages Known: Hindi & Regional Language, basic understanding of English to beable to understand when customer is asking something - Minimum Experience: Min. 02 years Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or as amedical representative is advantageous. EXPECTED COMPETENCIES - Communication Skills & Etiquettes - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities - Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, their uses, and regulatory requirements - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Meet with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and pharmacists, to present product information, benefits, and usage guidelines. - Provide product samples and promotional materials to encourage healthcare professionals to recommend or prescribe specific products. - Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for product promotion and sales. - Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to understand their preferences and concerns. - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to gain their trust and support. - Engage in regular communication with key stakeholders to provide updates on products and address their queries. - Stay well-informed about the pharmacy's product offerings, including the features, benefits,and potential side effects of pharmaceutical products. - Be prepared to answer questions and provide in-depth product information to healthcareprofessionals. - Set sales targets and objectives in collaboration with pharmacy management. - Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and product samples distributed. - Prepare regular sales reports and share them with pharmacy management. - Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines. - Adhere to ethical standards in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products.
