**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: Verna, Goa (Office-based, Night Shift: 6 PM - 3 AM)
**Salary**: ₹21,000 - ₹50,000/month + Uncapped Commissions

We’re seeking a **driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll handle **high-volume inbound and outbound calls**, convert leads into sales, and cultivate lasting customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential clients through **inbound and outbound calls**, driving sales conversions.
- **Generate and close deals** by preparing competitive quotes and delivering compelling sales pitches.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Identify new revenue opportunities** and upsell additional products or services.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **3-5 years of sales experience in the U.S. market** (preferred).
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and active listening** skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
