**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms.

2) Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance visibility and sales.

3) Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4) Monitor and analyze sales.

5) Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.

6) Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely fulfillment of orders.

**Qualifications**:
1) Any Bachelor’s degree from recognised University.

2) Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart.

3) Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4) Proficient in MS Office.

5) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
