**Role Description**

As an **E-commerce Operations Intern** at NUFYT, you’ll get hands-on experience in managing and scaling our online business. You’ll work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with marketplaces. This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to learn how D2C and e-commerce businesses run behind the scenes.

**What You’ll Do**
- Assist in managing orders across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website
- Support in monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment
- Track dispatches and deliveries to ensure on-time customer fulfillment
- Learn how to maintain service levels with quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.)
- Use basic data tracking (Excel/Google Sheets) to monitor sales and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline day-to-day workflows.

**Qualifications**
- Recent graduate or final-year student (any stream, commerce/management preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Interest in e-commerce, supply chain, or startup operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a full-time role
