Job Title:Payments Operations CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team as a Payments Operations Coordinator.The ideal candidate will have a background working with online payment providers and be experienced in operations or vendor management within ecommerce/digital goods and services.This role requires strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and fluency in English, spoken and written.The selected candidate will oversee and steer multiple onboarding projects, improve processes, and maintain documentation within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with external providers and internal departments to coordinate new merchant applications and onboarding.Monitor and prepare management reports on payment performance KPIs, coordinating with business intelligence analysts to build dashboards and involving the right team members to ensure KPIs are maintained.Be the point of contact for external queries and complete requests about merchant KYC, risk, and compliance requirements, as well as day-to-day questions.Be the master user of external tools and systems, performing report generation, dashboard review, and user management on a regular basis.Requirements:Bachelor's degree.2-5 years of experience in operations or vendor management within ecommerce/digital goods and services.Excellent project management skills, extremely organized, and fluent in English, spoken and written.Able to work in a high-paced environment and maintain high levels of productivity with an eye for detail.Strong problem-solving capabilities and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly, while dealing with many varied requests and challenges.About Us:We are a fast-growing company that values structure, standardization, and scalability.
