**Recruiter India**

As Recruiter for India you will enable Lubrizol to achieve its business results by managing recruitment processes for a defined set of roles. You will partner with hiring managers and key internal and external stakeholders to attract, source, assess and hire quality diverse talent for India.

**Essential Accountabilities**:

- Manage and facilitate the full life-cycle talent acquisition process through collaboration and partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Build individual and functional credibility as a value adding partner using market data, TA best practice and process consultation with stakeholders
- Drive results through the improvement of talent acquisition KPIs
- Continuously contribute to the improvement of Lubrizol’s talent acquisition process to increase operational excellence
- Report on recruitment processes to internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships with ITI and Pharma Institutes
- Foster and ensure inclusion and diversity in all aspects of TA

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in process management and improvement
- Experience in working in a multinational company an in a matrix organization is considered a plus
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or similar field with 6+ years of HR experience including 3+ years recruitment experience. Experience in recruiting blue collar workers would be a plus
- Self-motivated with strong drive for results and ability to work collaboratively within a regional HR team
- Experience in working with an applicant tracking system, job boards like Naukri and other HR systems
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Gujarati or Marathi would be a plus
