Fiber Cut Monitoring & Analysis & Actions of Own & IRU including MTTR Analysis & Control
Fiber Cut Monitoring & Analysis - IRU and TT Given/Taken in Validation and co-ordination with respective NOC
P1/P2 Outage Validation, Analysis and Actions
RCA to be provided within 24 hrs with detailed analysis as per Standard format for Outages like FLDS WAN links, P1 outages, DXC, RNC, BSC outage/Enterprise Customer / isolation.
Change in Aerial in network - Route wise - should be reviewed and reducing regular basis.
Databased maintenance of Aerial / T2P/ Lepton & GIS / Fiber asset register data updation & Audit - Own & IRU / Material Reconciliation/ ABD / Patroller tracking & action / PE and EPE co-ordination
Audit of Fiber route and operational route visit
Service Review with MS Partner Governance
HSW compliance within team and partner
