**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Virtual Sessions**: Provide individual, couples therapy through secure online platform, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- **Assessment and Diagnosis**: Perform psychological evaluations, assessments, and screenings to understand patient’s' concerns and make accurate diagnoses.
- **Treatment Planning**: Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, goals, and mental health conditions.
- **Crisis Intervention**: Provide immediate support and intervention for patients in crisis, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- **Client Support and Follow-Up**: Regularly assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans when necessary, and provide ongoing support.
- **Collaboration**: Work alongside with doctors and nutritionists (if necessary) to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Master's degree in Psychology.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience providing therapy, preferably in an online setting.
- **Specialized Skills**: Proficient in online counselling tools and platforms and best practises
- **Strong Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
- **Empathy & Professionalism**: Compassionate, non-judgmental, and capable of providing a safe space for patients to express their thoughts and feelings.
