Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role:
The PMO’s role is to provide assistance to the India Sub Delivery Team’s customer onboarding and Project. In order to onboard new / existing CSA.The PMO MANAGEMENT High-performing from Retail/Manufacturing/healthcare informatics and Interoperability PMO manager with expertise in directing complex Multi-facility projects and teams that build/optimize organizational processes, redesign and/or enhance infrastructure, Manufacturing Process, BFSI, revenue billing systems and process technologies to maximize business results.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provided direction for multi-industry engagements involving company restructuring, LEAN Program Operations, Continuous Quality and Process Improvement.
- Lead ROI, P&L, critical milestone management, cash flow analysis; outsource analysis and risk/proposal assessments.
- Delivered 83% initiation/planning improvements in first four months for better alignment/execution of program requirements with cross functional team.
- Responsible for assembling an installation team and assigning individual responsibilities.
- Identified appropriate resource needs and developing on-site work schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
