As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Field Executive.

**Job Overview**:As a Field Executive at RMS Stonex Kishangarh, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by managing and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for promoting our range of imported and Indian marble products, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves frequent travel within the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**: Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory to promote and sell RMS Stonex marble products.

**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the management team.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of RMS Stonex marble products, including technical specifications, features, and benefits, to effectively communicate with clients.

**Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company, demonstrating a proactive approach to business development.

**Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers to enhance our products and services, and communicate this feedback to the relevant departments.

**Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and challenges faced, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
