work remotely or from one of our offices in Chennai, Bangalore or Hyderabad.
About the role:
We’re looking for a GTM Associate to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for a range
of integrated marketing programs aimed at clients and prospects across our key markets. In this role,
you will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to understand customer needs, market
trends, and the competitive landscape. You will also work on creating and communicating the
service's value proposition and key benefits to the target audience through various channels, such as
social media, blogs, videos, webinars, etc. The role will involve leading and collaborating with the
team on the campaign launch and go-to-market activities, ensuring the messaging is consistent and
compelling across all platforms, and abiding by the timeline.

Responsibilities
You will work closely with the working with the Marketing & Communications team and
collaborating with multiple functions. The role will evolve as the company grows and explores new
avenues of growth. Below are key aspects of the role as we see in the near future.
Work with the BD/Sales/delivery team to drive GTM programs for lead generation through
digital marketing, and inbound marketing.
Support the GTM team in evaluating and creating marketing/branding opportunities for key
markets to reach our audiences and stakeholders
Research specific industry sectors, organizations and personas to produce targeted materials
and messaging, including customised collateral to support the sales teams across the entire sales
cycle.
Manage conference sponsorships and participation for key markets. Plan and execute small scale
events (breakfast meetings, luncheons or webinars) for targeted accounts.
Develop strong relationships with BD/Sales and partnership teams and support their marketing
and branding requirements. Act as the link between the sales/partnership team and marketing,
ensuring materials meet brand requirements and messaging is consistent.
Act as the point of contact for your program to all internal marketing teams and cross-functional
stakeholders. Should be open to working on new initiatives and channels from time to time
within the marketing organization. Build and maintain close relationships with all customer
-facing and internal teams.
Ensure a seamless customer experience with relevant support and maintain all GTM metrics and
documents for stakeholder presentation and reference.
**Job Requirement**
Desired Skills:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing working across channels and regions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with thinking on the feet.
- Proficient in using digital platforms and tools for marketing purposes
- Experience in creating and executing go-to-market plans for new solutions or features across
the region
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the industry and the customer segments
- Experience using essential Marketing Automation and CRM tools
- Demonstrate ability to develop marketing strategies and business plans and analyse
customer and market insights and spending.
