Executive Assistant to CEO

**Calendar & Schedule Management**:
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, events, and travel logistics.
- **Communication Management**:
- **Meeting Support**:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items from key meetings, including board meetings and executive sessions.
- **Travel Coordination**:
Organize complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and logistics.
- **Confidential Support**:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- **Liaison Role**:
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and senior executives, employees, clients, board members, and external stakeholders.
- **Document & Presentation Preparation**:
Create reports, presentations, and briefing documents for the CEO’s meetings, speeches, and public appearances.
- **Strategic Support**:
Assist with special projects, strategic planning, research, and preparation of materials for decision-making.

- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Calm under pressure, with excellent time management.
- Comfortable interacting with senior leaders, board members, and external partners.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
