**About the Company**:
Nectar Lifesciences Limited is a research-driven, leading manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), intermediates as well as Finished dosage forms offering largest segment of anti-infectives namely Cephalosporins. Nectar has proven to be a reliable CMO to global pharma innovators.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and Other departments.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with relevant documents and information.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and review confidential reports and documents.
- Oversee the CEO's office operations, including maintaining supplies, handling correspondence, and organizing office space.
- Provide administrative support for special projects initiated by the CEO.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
