Location Pune

Handling the CRM Dept Managing & monitioring the Recovery effort
Reporting to management about concerns, feedback, positive sentiments etc. Escalating critical issues to top management, coordinate for speedy closure of issues.
Efforts to reduce outstanding by weekly review, identifying loopholes and achieve targets
Preparation of MIS Reports likes Inventory Report, Daily and Monthly Collection Report, Pending Recovery Report, etc
Manage Internal Control and Audit by maintaining all the books of accounts as suggested by internal/external auditors.
To conduct regular discussions/meetings with clients to resolve their queries.
To send Welcome Letter, Allotment Letter, Demand Letter to the customer.
To ensure preparation of Master Sheet with comprehensive information of each Sale.
Coordinate with financial institutions and customers for timely remittance of dues.

Preparation of MIS Reports like Stakeholder Report, Inventory Report, Parking Availability Report, Daily and Monthly Collection Report and Pending Recovery Report etc
Coordinate with various departments such as accounts, sales & legal for smoothly handover of apartments to the customer.
Handled grievances and delivered high quality response with utmost speed so that grievances got resolved by effectively.
