**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads.

2. Perform comprehensive keyword research, analysis, and selection to identify target keywords and optimize content accordingly.

3. Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for competitive advantage.

4. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools, Google Analytics, and other relevant software to identify trends and recommend optimization strategies.

5. Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and URLs to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.

6. Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile.

7. Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategy and attracts the target audience.

8. Create compelling landing pages with persuasive copy, user-friendly design, and clear calls-to-action to maximize conversions.

9. Conduct A/B testing and analyze landing page performance to identify areas of improvement and optimize conversion rates.

10. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure the company's website remains competitive.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 2-4 years of proven experience as an SEO Expert with a focus on keyword management and competition analysis.

3. Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

4. Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

5. Experience in developing and optimizing landing pages that drive conversions.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

9. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.

10. Familiarity with the hair transplant or healthcare industry is advantageous but not required.
