Electrical Technician

**Position**: Full-Time Store Manager and Electrical Technician

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and practical experience in electrical technician work, including basic repair, maintenance.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the electrical appliances industry and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and wholesale clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with customers & vendors, optimizing product pricing and availability.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, offering informed recommendations to customers based on their requirements.
- Perform electrical technician tasks such as assembling, testing and repairing electrical appliances or components as required.
- Offer technical guidance to customers about the installation, use, and maintenance of electrical products.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
