Job Title: Electrical Technician (Electrical & Air Conditioning)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, a keen interest in electrical and air conditioning systems, and the ability to handle other multiple responsibilities, including retail sales, customer assistance, and technical support for electrical and HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service:
• Assist customers in selecting electrical appliances, HVAC systems, and other products.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain technical features.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service.

• Technical & Installation Support:

• Perform basic electrical work, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning systems.

• Ensure proper handling and testing of electrical appliances before sale.

• Inventory & Store Management:

• Maintain stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
• Ensure all products are displayed correctly and in working condition.

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for stock replenishment.

• Quality & Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to safety guidelines while handling electrical components.
• Ensure that all installations meet industry and company standards.
• Conduct routine checks on store equipment and electrical systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, electrical work, or air conditioning is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical components and HVAC systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.
