Electrical Technician

**Job Title: Electrical Technician (Electrical & Air Conditioning)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Customer Service**:

- Assist customers in selecting electrical appliances, HVAC systems, and other products.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain technical features.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service.
- **Technical & Installation Support**:

- Perform basic electrical work, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning systems.
- Ensure proper handling and testing of electrical appliances before sale.
- **Inventory & Store Management**:

- Maintain stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
- Ensure all products are displayed correctly and in working condition.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for stock replenishment.
- **Quality & Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety guidelines while handling electrical components.
- Ensure that all installations meet industry and company standards.
- Conduct routine checks on store equipment and electrical systems.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in retail sales, electrical work, or air conditioning is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical components and HVAC systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.
