**Full job description**

**Position**: Digital Marketing Manager

**Role**: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will lead all our marketing activities from digital campaigns to social media, advertising, and creative projects. Role includes developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital paid campaigns, and manage budgets across digital channels like Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and DSPs. Ensure strong ROI
- Strategize and develop branding activities to build trust and awareness.
- Take ownership of the marketing budget and the company's revenue, working closely with other functional leaders
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies, including setting goals, managing budgets, and prioritizing initiatives, while running data-driven experiments to optimize the marketing strategy.
- Rigorously measure KPIs and progress towards growth objectives, providing reporting and insights for executives and the entire organization.
- Plan, execute, and optimize key traffic KPIs through paid, organic, and owned media channels to ensure consistent growth and visibility
- Build and lead a highly efficient team of marketing professionals, fostering effective coordination with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Establish the brand in the minds of the target audience, and build trust over a period of time
