**About Us**:
At **Masters Classic**, we provide high-quality online degree programs that empower students to achieve their educational and career goals. As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a skilled **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our team and drive our online marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites** from scratch, ensuring an optimized user experience and responsive design.
- Implement and manage **SEO strategies** (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve website ranking and increase organic traffic.
- Plan, execute, and manage **Facebook marketing campaigns** and **Pay-Per-Click (PPC)** ads, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to design effective ad creatives and landing pages for campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Manage budgets for paid campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **WordPress website development** (from scratch), including customization, plugins, and theme management.
- Solid knowledge of **SEO** best practices, including technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience in running **Facebook Ads** and **PPC campaigns** (Google Ads, etc.), with a track record of achieving high conversion rates.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred** (but not mandatory):

- Experience in other digital marketing channels (e.g., Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
