**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and explain IT products and services to potential clients
- Deliver product demos and presentations
- Manage leads and client communication throughout the sales cycle
- Work closely with technical teams to address client needs
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on prospects

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT/software concepts
- Confidence in explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Willingness to work in **Rotational Night Shifts**

**Educational Qualification**:

- **B.Tech / BCA** - must have a technical background
- **MBA** - preferred, with knowledge of sales or business development

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship or 0.6-1 year of experience in IT sales or client handling
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation, and pre-sales processes
