**Mid-Level AR Executive (2 Positions)**
- **Experience Required**: 3-4 years (minimum) of hands-on experience in **Accounts Receivable**, preferably in the **US Staffing industry**.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining aging reports.
- Working knowledge of tools like QuickBooks, Bullhorn, or similar ERP systems is a plus.

**Junior AR Executive (1 Position)**
- **Experience Required**:Fresher** with a **Commerce background** (B.Com/M.Com/BBM/BBA preferred).
- **Joining Requirement**:Immediate joiner** or currently serving notice period.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the AR team in day-to-day billing and reconciliation tasks.
- Data entry and documentation of invoices/payments.
- Learning and assisting in follow-up with clients regarding payments and outstanding invoices.
- Training will be provided; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Detail-oriented with a good understanding of numbers
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience or knowledge of US Staffing AR processes is a **plus**

Pay: ₹11,553.50 - ₹40,066.79 per month
