**CFO will be responsible for Financial planning (FP &A), implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, partnership compliance,Taxation, and negotiations.**

**Requirement**:
**1. CA with min 15 yrs of work experience from Manufacturing, or any other industries.. which will be an IPO experience is mandatory**

**2. Business Valuations.**

**3. Should be able to handle or handled earlier accounts/compliance worth INR 500-600 Crores.**

**4. Should have done Mergers & Acquisitions independently.**

**5. Around 10+ years of experience.**

**6. Experience in IPO Launching.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with a proven track record of working in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing and export-oriented company.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in investment analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling.
- Must have post qualification experience in handling Merger and Acquisitions and was actively part of project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and investment partners.
- Proficient in using accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
