Work Location: Bangalore(Manyata Tech Park,Nagavara)
Qualification: PUC
Language Preference: Excellent Communication in English, Hindi Kannada Tamil telugu & Marati and any other languages.
Experience: Minimum 2 year experience in sales/pre-sales
Shift Time: General
**Salary**: Up to 30k CTC or based on current salary
Week Off: 1 Rotational week off
Working Days: 6 days working

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Engage Customers: Reach out to existing and potential customers, showcasing our range of products and services with persuasive communication.
- Record Transactions: Accurately record customer details and purchase orders, ensuring seamless processing of all transactions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate promising leads for our outside sales team to pursue, contributing to the growth of our customer base.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups and exceptional service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Drive: Utilize sales scripts and strategies to drive sales, meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.
- Adaptability: Be flexible to adapt to voice-based sales processes and work as per business requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Communication Mastery: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Sales Experience: Bring at least 1 year of experience in sales, demonstrating integrity and a passion for delivering results.
- Dynamic Personality: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customer satisfaction and relationship-building to drive long-term success.
