Core Responsibilities:
**Machine Operation and Setup**:

- Set up and operate 0perate makino CNC Machines, ensuring accurate cutting parameters, tools selection and machine performance.

**Programming**:

- Program the CNC machine using software and codes, translating blueprints into executable instructions for the machine.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet blueprints specification and quality standards.

**Machine Handling**:

- Load and unload parts and materials into the CNC machine.

**Machine Maintenance**:

- maintain the CNC Machine, performing routine maintenance and identifying areas for improvement.

**Blueprint Interpretation**:

- Read and Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawing to understand the desired outcome.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet quality goals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**CNC Machine Operation**:

- Experience with Makino CNC machines or similar technologies is highly valued.

**Blueprints reading**:

- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

**Programming**:

- Familiarity with CNC Programming languages and software is essential.

**Technical Skills**:

- Good understanding of mechanical principles, Metrology and basic math.

**Communication Skills**:

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Additional Considerations**:
**Safety**:

- Adherence to safety protocols and regulations is curical when operating CNC machines.

**Problem-solving**:

- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and identify areas for improvement.

**Continuous Learning**:

- A willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to CNC Machining.
