Job description
**Machine Setup:** Setting up CNC and VMC machines according to job specifications, including loading necessary tools, fixtures, and materials.
**Programming Verification:** Ensuring that the machine is programmed correctly by verifying the tool paths, speeds, and feeds.
**Material Loading:** Loading raw materials into the machine and securing them properly for machining.
**Tool Setup:** Installing and adjusting cutting tools in the machine's tool holders, ensuring they are properly calibrated and aligned.
**Machine Calibration:** Performing routine checks and calibrations to ensure the accuracy and precision of the machine's movements.
**Quality Control:** Monitoring machining processes to ensure parts meet quality standards, making adjustments as needed.
**Troubleshooting:** Identifying and troubleshooting issues with machine operation, tool wear.
**Maintenance:** Performing routine maintenance tasks on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
**Safety Compliance:** Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others.
**Documentation:** Keeping records of machine settings, tool changes, and production data for reference and quality control purposes.
**Communication:** Collaborating with Supervisors , Shift In charge , programmers, and other team members to optimize machining processes and resolve issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
