Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will oversee manufacturing processes, optimize production workflows, and ensure high-quality output. Responsibilities include designing and implementing manufacturing systems, collaborating with the engineering and production teams, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The engineer will work closely with various departments to improve operational efficiency and support new product development.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Has to ability to solve problems and prove out critical parts during NPD / NPI on machine
  • Hands on CAD / CAM [Solidworks, Solidcam, Mastercam, ....]
  • Experience in Metal [~70%] and Plastic / Nylon / Ploymer
    [~30%]
    parts machining
  • Fixture design
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the aerospace or power generation industry is a plus
  • Experience in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
  • Skilled in Machining techniques and operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
