Srm Executive

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Daily approve the supplier creation/ modification to maintain Supplier information in ShAIR
- Ensure 99% uptime of the ShAIR SAP interface
- Lead and ensure bank master data synchronization with SAP bank I collaboration with the MDM teams
- Follow up on pending documentation from centers
- Support and train the ShAIR Champions / key users in centers.
- Troubleshooting issues from center and interact with ARIBA support team to get effective answers, and propose improvement if required.
- Prepare and maintain specification and ShAIR administration documentation up to date.
- Provide reports and communicate to centers and GCMs to maintain & improve the quality of information in ShAIR.
- Work closely, and maintain efficient communication, with Procurement stakeholders of the centers
- Any other ad hoc tasks evolving from team responsibilities.

Additional - Reporting (need based assignment)
- Prepare routine and specific reports (I&E score card, On time delivery, Spend and saving etc.)
- Analyze KPIs trends and proactively escalate when deviations.
- Define and maintain the database to support E&C reporting requirements
- ShAIR is our inhouse supplier master data portal
