Key responsibilities include monitoring application performance, data integrations between internal and external systems, and providing tier 3 support.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, test, and execute Fieldglass system plans, administer application, and provide tier 3 support.
  • Identify system enhancements, prepare documentation, test instance enhancements, and implement them in Production.
  • Perform functional analysis of specific business areas and develop technology alternatives and recommendations.
  • Research, evaluate, and support third-party cloud applications supporting source-to-pay processes.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain new packages with high- and low-level testing strategies.
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot integrations working with internal and external partner teams.
  • Assess functionalities in each module of the application.
  • Have hands-on experience with an emphasis on cloud-based software implementation or integration.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in Procurement Operations or applications such as Ariba, Coupa, Fieldglass, iProcurement, SAP SRM.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a systems analysis role.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences.
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience using Agile methodology.
