About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in IT consulting, government projects, and educational technology. The role involves system assessment, gap analysis, DPR preparation, and client engagement to deliver strategic solutions for large-scale education and e-governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis, system assessments, and gap analysis for projects.
- Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), proposals, and related project documentation.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Engage with client stakeholders to validate findings and incorporate feedback.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, reviewing their work outputs.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and analysis for project deliverables.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for project reporting and presentations.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or professional certification preferred).
- Experience: 610 years in IT/consulting, with a strong track record in government and education projects.
- Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, DPR preparation, and gap analysis.
- Hands-on experience in Central/State Government projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and data analysis.
- Willingness to work onsite at New Delhi, with flexibility for project requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of e-Governance frameworks, educational technology solutions, and policy initiatives (e.g., NEP 2020, NDEAR).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
