Job Title: Data Analyst Settlements (1-2yrs)

**Job Type**: WFO. 6 days working. 11.00 am to 8.00 pm

Location Malad West Mindspace

Key Responsibilities

1. Bank Coordination:
Liaise with banks for fund transfers, cost negotiations, and exchange rate discussions.

2. Merchant Balances and Chargebacks:
Monitor merchant account balances and manage chargeback processes effectively.

3. Financial Reporting:
Prepare daily financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data.

Propose solutions to resolve reconciliation discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

4. Accounts Management:
Oversee receivable and payable balances and perform monthly account verification.

5. Team Supervision:
Lead and guide the team in completing client deliverables accurately and on time.

6. Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships and gather feedback for process improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
BCOM. BAF. Accounting in Finance

**Skills**:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Basic accounting knowledge.

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,212.61 - ₹35,000.00 per month
