Job Title: Recon Settlement

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and settlement of financial transactions within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external parties, and financial institutions to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate smooth transaction settlements.
- Analyze data to identify errors or discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain financial integrity and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial reconciliation and settlement.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
