**Qualification**

Inter CA/CS/ICWA/M.Com/MBA/PG or B. Com. Graduates will also be considered.

Mumbai

**Experience**

minimum 2 yrs. Experience in capital market is necessary. Experience in settlements would be added advantage.
- Settlement of various segments equity, Mutual Fund Debt and tender offer
- Inter-depository transfers between Depositories.
- Supporting activities of settlement like Margin pledge, Stamp Duty etc.
- Activities related to e-services of NSDL which includes SPEEDe, IDeAS etc.
- Admission of Clearing Members, Brokers, Mutual Fund and PMS in NSDL system.
- Good at multi-tasking tasks and perform in tight timelines.
